Do you work on fixed-price or retainer?
Both. One-off builds (CRM setup, automation build, custom development) are fixed-price with a clear scope document. Ongoing partnerships, where we manage your automation, lead generation, or sourcing operations, run on monthly retainers. We always recommend starting with a fixed-price project so you can evaluate us before committing long-term.
What AI tools and platforms do you use?
We work across the major AI and automation platforms, including OpenAI, Claude (Anthropic), Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, and custom-built agents. We're platform-agnostic: we recommend the stack that best fits your use case and existing tools, not the one we're most comfortable with.
Can you integrate with our existing CRM or ERP?
Yes, almost always. We've integrated with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, SAP, and a range of custom-built systems. If your platform has an API (and most do), we can connect it. Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support period at no extra charge, we monitor, fix bugs, and make small adjustments. After that, we offer ongoing support retainers for clients who want a dedicated point of contact for optimisations, updates, and expansion work.
Is there a minimum project size?
We don't publish a fixed minimum, but our projects typically start from AED 5,000–10,000 for a single automation or integration build. We're not the right fit for one-time freelance tasks, our process is designed for projects with meaningful scope and a client who wants to grow, not just fix one small problem.
Can you build in Arabic as well as English?
