What we have actually built

Platforms, automation pipelines, broadcast film, and supply chains. Named where the client site is live and the work speaks for itself, described by sector where it is not ours to name.

JR HQ is a Dubai-based AI automation, development and sourcing partner. Our delivered work covers four areas: web platforms and client portals for UAE businesses in logistics, company formation and education; AI automation including lead enrichment, AI lead scoring and bilingual WhatsApp agents; AI-generated video and brand creative, including a television commercial broadcast on Media One; and product sourcing and edge-AI hardware procurement from Japan and China into the UAE, Oman and the wider Gulf.

Platforms & portals

Web platforms, client portals, and calculators built to convert, not just to exist.

Business Setup · Dubai

2026

Future Group

The UAE setup calculator that actually shows the price

Every competitor calculator in this category walks you through five steps and then asks for your phone number instead of giving you a figure. We rebuilt the Future Group experience around the opposite promise: show the cost before asking for the contact details.

  • Multi-step business setup cost calculator that returns a real figure on screen
  • Licence-type and visa pages generated from one content model
  • Lead capture posted to a webhook endpoint, CRM-agnostic by design
  • Brand tokens, logo, and type stack pulled from the live DOM rather than guessed
  • Next.js 16
  • React 19
  • Tailwind v4
  • Motion

Company Formation · UAE

2026

A UAE company formation consultancy

Transparent pricing as the entire competitive position

A premium UAE company formation consultancy in a category that hides its numbers. The whole site is built so a wary founder can reach a real cost estimate without speaking to anyone first, then convert from that result.

  • Business setup cost calculator and a separate visa cost calculator
  • Around twenty emirate and free-zone landing pages: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, IFZA, mainland and offshore
  • Tax, VAT, and PRO service pages plus a UAE regulatory-update blog
  • Full design system and brand register, built bilingual-ready
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind

Freight & Logistics · Dubai

2026

Accurix Logistics

A freight site rebuilt, then wired straight into the sales pipeline

A full front-end rebuild followed by a six-month search programme. The most useful part is invisible: the quote form does not email anybody, it posts directly into the JR HQ portal lead intake, so every enquiry is scored and triaged the moment it lands.

  • Next.js rebuild and UI redesign of the full marketing site
  • Freight quote form routed into the JR HQ portal lead intake, not an inbox
  • Six-month SEO, GEO, and AEO programme scoped against a full technical audit
  • Audit caught every canonical, sitemap, and JSON-LD anchor pointing at a domain that did not resolve
  • Next.js 16
  • React 19
  • Tailwind v4
  • Vercel

Foundr AI

A cohort course platform with payments and compliance shipped end to end

Landing site, founder story, engagement case studies, and a working registration and payment path. The unglamorous half matters as much as the front end: terms, privacy, and a refund policy with a defined window, all in place before the first cohort opened.

  • Cohort registration form writing directly to Google Sheets via Apps Script
  • PayPal payment gateway integration
  • Full compliance set: terms, privacy policy, and a dated refund window
  • Projects section presenting selected AI engagements as case studies
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind
  • Framer Motion

Livify

Technical SEO and site-health recovery on an inherited WordPress build

An SEO brief on a site nobody in-house had full control of. The engagement turned into a technical clean-up first: establish access, audit what was actually being published, remove what should not have been, and only then rebuild the search foundation.

  • Full technical audit and index hygiene pass across the live site
  • Content inventory reconciling what was published against what should be indexed
  • Search foundation rebuilt on top of the cleaned index
  • Documented handover so the work survives a change of agency
  • WordPress
  • WP REST API

JR HQ

Every client gets a login, not a monthly PDF

We built and run our own client portal, so progress is something you check rather than something you request. It is also the clearest proof of how we build: data isolation enforced at the database, not in application code.

  • Row-level security isolating every client's data inside Postgres itself
  • Projects, status updates, and threaded per-project comments with email notifications
  • Per-client branding: accent colour and welcome note on each dashboard
  • Security hardening throughout: per-request CSP nonce, per-IP login rate limiting, invitation-only signup

Lead IQ: every enquiry enriched, scored, and triaged before anyone reads it

A live pipeline running inside the client portal. An enquiry arrives from any source, gets validated and de-duplicated, is enriched against Apollo.io, scored by an AI model, and lands on a Kanban board already sorted into Cold, Warm, or Hot.

  • Intake endpoint accepting leads from any site, form, or webhook source
  • Apollo.io enrichment: company, role, and headcount resolved automatically
  • AI scoring via Groq, returning a three-tier priority per lead
  • Kanban dashboard with filtering and CSV export hardened against formula injection

A Dubai business setup advisory

AI business setup intelligence dashboard

Advisors were spending hours per enquiry researching what a given Dubai location would actually cost a client. The dashboard grades every location on five factors and returns a scored breakdown instantly.

  • Live dashboard pulling real-time data via Google APIs across Dubai
  • AI grading each location on five factors with a scored breakdown
  • Rent, setup cost, licence fees, and viability estimated on demand
  • Replaces the manual research step entirely

Multiple UAE clients

WhatsApp AI agents that qualify around the clock, in Arabic and English

WhatsApp is where UAE enquiries actually arrive, and it is where they go cold. We deploy agents that answer instantly, qualify against your real criteria, and hand a scored, context-carrying lead to a human at the point it is worth their time.

  • Instant first response and qualification on inbound WhatsApp enquiries
  • Bilingual Arabic and English handling, switching automatically
  • CRM handoff with the conversation context attached, not just a phone number
  • Escalation rules so a human takes over at the right moment, not the first objection

JR HQ client estate

The connective tissue between a client's site and everything downstream

Most automation work is not one showpiece agent. It is making a form, a CRM, a spreadsheet, a payment provider, and a store speak to each other reliably, and stay speaking after launch.

  • Client sites posting leads into a single shared intake, CRM-agnostic
  • Workflow automation on n8n, Make, and Zapier depending on what the client already runs
  • Google Apps Script capture into Sheets where a spreadsheet is genuinely the right answer

MAF Fire & Safety

A 15-second AI-generated TV commercial, broadcast on Media One

Seven shots in fifteen seconds: ignition, impact, detection, suppression, the product range, brand lock. Storyboarded to six panels, scripted shot by shot, and generated with MAF's real products locked in as references so the extinguisher in shot three is the same one in shot six. The finished spot aired as a television advert on Media One.

  • Aired on Media One as a broadcast television advert
  • Six-panel storyboard and a shot-by-shot script timed to the second
  • Reference-image consistency locking so every product holds its identity across shots
  • 1080p draft cycle for client review, then a native 4K broadcast master
  • Cinematic sound design and an end voiceover cut to the tagline
  • Higgsfield
  • Seedance 2.0

A Dubai luxury hair brand

One reference photo into a full product shoot, without booking a studio

We built an AI image generation pipeline in ComfyUI for a hair extension brand, and it changed how we approach content production. Instead of running a full photoshoot for every product variation, a Stable Diffusion pipeline with IPAdapter takes a single reference photo and generates multiple realistic model shots and product showcases from it. New hairstyles, colours and angles get visualised without booking a studio, a model or a photographer each time.

  • ComfyUI graph built around Stable Diffusion with IPAdapter identity transfer
  • A single reference photo drives consistent model shots across variations
  • New colours, lengths and product angles visualised before any real shoot
  • Faster turnaround on marketing visuals and a lower production cost per asset
  1. 01 Reference photo A single real shot of the model or product.
  2. 02 CLIP Vision + IPAdapter Reads the subject's identity from the reference rather than copying its style.
  3. 03 SDXL + prompt pair A positive prompt describes the variation; a negative prompt blocks duplicate faces and extra limbs.
  4. 04 KSampler Guided diffusion resolves the new frame while holding the locked identity.
  5. 05 On-model shots Multiple realistic variations, ready for the store and paid social.
How the hair-brand image pipeline works. One reference photo in, a consistent set of on-model product shots out. The identity stays locked while the prompt changes the colour, length and angle.

Scroll-stopping social and ad creative produced on generative pipelines: falconry, desert, and Dubai rooftop property work, native vertical cuts for Reels and TikTok, plus motion typography for product and app promos. Produced in days, at a fraction of a shoot budget.

  • Cinematic short-form in both 16:9 and native 9:16 vertical
  • Gulf-native subject matter rather than imported stock imagery
  • Motion typography and phone-UI animation for product promos
  • Consistent grade and treatment so a set reads as one campaign

A Dubai luxury hair brand

A full brand system, from naming to investor deck

A premium hair extensions label taken from an unnamed product line to a brand with a documented system, a content engine, and material a serious investor will read.

  • Product naming and brand architecture
  • Logo suite across light, dark, and reversed applications
  • Brand book documenting the system for anyone applying it
  • Content calendar and an investor prospectus

A Dubai consumer goods retailer

Cutting out an intermediary marking factory prices up threefold

The client had no direct supplier relationships and no way to verify quality before a shipment landed. We replaced the middleman with three vetted manufacturers and a QC step that happens before the goods leave China.

  • Three direct manufacturers identified and vetted in Shenzhen and Guangzhou
  • Factory-direct pricing negotiated on the client's behalf
  • Pre-shipment quality control inspection before anything ships
  • Freight and customs clearance managed to their Dubai warehouse

AI Hardware · UAE & Oman

2026

An edge-AI startup

Sourcing NVIDIA Jetson edge-AI hardware from China into the UAE and Oman

An AI startup needed Jetson AGX Thor 128GB and AGX Orin 64GB developer kits at volume, landed in the UAE and Oman, with almost no regional stock and authorised distributors quoting close to double the US list price. We ran the supplier search in China, verified what was actually being offered, and modelled the true landed cost before a single unit was committed.

  • Supplier vetting in China, confirming NVIDIA Elite Partner status and that modules were genuine and new rather than refurbished
  • Spec verification against the datasheet, which caught a display-output claim and an unfinished CE and FCC certification the seller had glossed over
  • Landed-cost modelling in AED and OMR covering VAT, duty relief, freight and broker fees, air against sea
  • Incoterms moved from DAP to DDP, with the full customs document set specified: HS code, certificate of origin, packing list and export-control confirmation
  • Alternatives benchmarked against Qualcomm, AMD Kria and Google Coral before recommending the NVIDIA path on ecosystem maturity
  • NVIDIA Jetson
  • China supplier network
  • UAE & Oman customs

Ground operations · Japan & China

2026

A UAE private client

Multi-city Japan and China operations, documented down to the checklist

The same ground network that moves goods handles people and paperwork. A multi-city Japan and China programme run end to end: visas, routing, bookings, and a pre-departure checklist that assumes nothing.

  • Japan, China, and Hong Kong entry documentation prepared per traveller
  • Multi-city routing including a revised Guangzhou leg
  • Consolidated booking pack covering every segment
  • Pre-departure checklist and a full written itinerary

Measured results

The sections above are what we built. These are the outcomes those builds produced, with the caveats that belong with them.

Real Estate · Dubai

Dubai property group was losing 70% of inbound leads to slow follow-up

Challenge

A mid-size Dubai real estate agency with 40+ agents was receiving 200+ WhatsApp and web enquiries per week, but manual follow-up meant most leads went cold within hours.

What we built

Deployed a WhatsApp AI agent for instant qualification, integrated with HubSpot CRM for automatic lead scoring and pipeline updates. Human agents only received pre-qualified leads ready to view.

UAE e-commerce brand spending AED 40K/month on ads with no trackable ROI

Challenge

An established UAE online retailer was running paid campaigns across Meta and Google but had no funnel visibility, no CRM, and couldn't attribute revenue to any specific channel or campaign.

What we built

Built a full attribution funnel with UTM tracking, Klaviyo email sequences, and a Zoho CRM integration. Restructured ad campaigns around proven creative frameworks and installed automated retargeting flows.

How these numbers are produced

Every project starts with a brief. Scope, timeline, and success criteria are agreed before anything is signed.

Results are measured, not assumed. KPIs are tracked throughout the engagement; every figure on this page reflects metrics we captured and can evidence.

We optimise after delivery. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch period. The numbers you see are from after optimisation, not launch day.

Named clients agreed to be named. Where you see a company name and a link, that site is live and the work is on it. Everything else is described by sector because the engagement is covered by an agreement we intend to keep.

Every figure on this page reflects a specific past engagement. Results vary from business to business depending on market, budget, product, and execution, and are not a guarantee of future outcomes. See our Terms & Conditions.

Questions about our work

What kind of businesses does JR HQ build for?

UAE and MENA businesses across freight and logistics, company formation and business setup, fire safety manufacturing, smart home automation, consumer products, hospitality, car care and education. Named clients include Accurix Logistics, Future Group, Livify, Foundr AI, KANU and MAF Fire & Safety. We work with everyone from a founder setting up their first company to established manufacturers running national campaigns.

Can AI-generated video actually be used for broadcast television?

Yes. We produced a 15-second commercial for MAF Fire & Safety entirely with generative video, using a six-panel storyboard, shot-by-shot scripting and reference-image consistency locking so the products hold their identity across every shot. It was mastered in native 4K and aired as a television advert on Media One. The practical constraints are text legibility, which is why on-screen wording is kept to large hero words and fine detail is composited in post, and product consistency, which is solved by locking real reference images into every generation.

How much does an AI automation project cost in the UAE?

One-off builds such as a CRM setup, an automation pipeline or a custom web platform are fixed-price against a scope document agreed before anything is signed, so there is no open-ended hourly billing. Ongoing work, where we run your automation, growth or sourcing operations, is a monthly retainer. We recommend starting with a fixed-price project so you can judge the work before committing long term. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch period at no extra charge.

How long does a typical build take?

A focused automation or CRM build is usually two to four weeks. A full marketing site or platform with calculators and content pages is typically four to eight weeks. A generative video campaign runs one to three weeks depending on revision cycles. Sourcing is governed by the supply chain rather than by us: a China order is normally six to ten weeks from brief to Dubai delivery, and air freight compresses transit to four to seven days at higher cost.

What does an AI automation project actually involve?

Usually a pipeline rather than a single chatbot. A typical JR HQ build takes an enquiry from any source, validates and de-duplicates it, enriches it against a data provider such as Apollo.io, scores it with an AI model, and routes it to a dashboard already sorted by priority, so a salesperson only sees leads worth their time. Our own Lead IQ pipeline does exactly this and runs inside the client portal, which means we operate the same system we sell.

Do your AI agents work in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. The WhatsApp agents and voice bots we deploy handle Arabic and English and switch automatically based on how the customer writes. This matters in the Gulf because a meaningful share of inbound enquiries arrive in Arabic or in mixed Arabic and English, and an English-only bot silently loses them. Brand and identity work is also built bilingual-ready, with logo lockups and typography tested in both scripts.

Can you work with the CRM and tools we already use?

Yes, and we would usually rather you kept them. We are platform-agnostic and build against HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Shopify and custom stacks, with automation running on n8n, Make or Zapier depending on what your team can maintain. Lead capture is posted to a webhook rather than hard-wired to one vendor, so switching CRM later does not mean rebuilding the funnel.

Do you source hardware as well as consumer products?

Yes. Alongside factory-direct consumer goods sourcing from Shenzhen and Guangzhou, we handle technical procurement such as NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin and AGX Thor edge-AI developer kits from China into the UAE and Oman. That work covers supplier vetting including NVIDIA partner status and whether modules are genuine and new, specification verification against the datasheet, landed-cost modelling in AED and OMR including VAT and duty relief, and moving the deal from DAP to DDP with the full customs document set: HS code, certificate of origin, packing list and export-control confirmation.

Which markets do you deliver in besides the UAE?

We are headquartered in Dubai and deliver across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Egypt, with sourcing origins in Japan and China and hardware procurement into Oman. Each market has its own customs requirements, which we handle: Saudi shipments in regulated categories usually need a SASO Certificate of Conformity, and UAE imports need ESMA certification or GCC conformity marks for many product types.

Why are some of your clients named and others not?

We name a client only where their site is publicly live and the work is visible on it anyway, or where they have explicitly agreed. Everything else is described by sector, because those engagements are covered by agreements we intend to keep. Additional case studies are available under NDA on a discovery call. If we would not protect another client's confidentiality, you should not trust us with yours.

Can AI image generation replace a product photoshoot?

For variations, often yes. We built a ComfyUI pipeline for a Dubai hair extension brand where a Stable Diffusion graph with IPAdapter takes a single reference photo and generates multiple realistic on-model shots from it, so new colours, lengths and angles get visualised without booking a studio, a model and a photographer each time. The honest limit is that it does not replace the hero shoot that establishes the product; it removes the bottleneck around testing variations before you commit to one.
