JR HQ was founded in Dubai in 2025 with a single observation: UAE and MENA businesses had the ambition to scale, but consistently lacked the integrated team to pull it off.

The agencies they hired were siloed. Their social media agency didn't talk to their automation consultant. Their CRM vendor didn't understand their sourcing calendar. The result was coordination overhead, gaps between vendors, and strategies that looked good on paper but fell apart in execution.

We built JR HQ to solve that problem directly. Our team brings together AI automation engineers, growth strategists, CRM architects, and a direct supplier network across Japan and China, all under one roof, in the same timezone as our clients.

Today we work with SMEs and enterprises across UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Egypt. Some come to us for a single CRM build. Others hand us the entire growth function. Either way, they get one team that understands their whole business.

In practice that has meant web platforms and cost calculators for business setup and logistics firms, a client portal we built and run ourselves, AI pipelines that score and route inbound leads, WhatsApp agents working in Arabic and English, cinematic product film produced on generative pipelines, and supplier relationships across Japan and China.
