Do you plan business trips to visit suppliers in China?
Yes. It is where travel planning meets our sourcing work. We route the trip around supplier and factory visits in cities such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai, arrange meetings and transfers, and add sightseeing or family time around them if you want it.
Which countries do you plan trips to?
We specialise in China, Japan and Thailand, where we have planned multi-city trips on the ground, and we also plan trips worldwide. Hong Kong often combines well with a China itinerary.
Do you book everything or just plan it?
Either. Some clients want a day-by-day plan to book themselves; others want us to book flights, hotels, trains and tickets. Nothing is booked without your confirmation of the price.
Can you plan trips with young children?
Yes. We pace days around naps and early dinners, pick toddler-friendly activities, check which tickets are free for children and keep transfers short.
Do you help with visas and entry requirements?
We prepare the checklist for each traveller and the supporting documents we can provide, such as hotel bookings and itineraries. Visa decisions rest with the relevant embassy.
Do you support us during the trip?
